1.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SystemForge AI website, audit tool, or purchasing any service ("Services"), you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1.2 Services Description
SystemForge AI provides the following services:
- AI Business Audit Tool — A free, AI-powered diagnostic tool that analyzes your business operations and identifies potential system gaps. Results are AI-generated estimates, not guaranteed financial projections.
- Audit Report (Tier 1) — A written business systems analysis delivered within 24 hours of purchase and intake completion.
- System Starter (Tier 2) — Setup and configuration of lead capture, follow-up automation, CRM, and booking systems, delivered within 48–72 hours of purchase and intake completion.
- Full System Build (Tier 3) — Comprehensive business systems build including funnel, AI assistant, automations, and onboarding infrastructure, delivered within 5–7 business days of scope agreement.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services or make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
1.4 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your intake form
- Respond to build-related questions within 24 hours to avoid delivery delays
- Provide necessary access credentials (website, existing tools) required to complete your build
- Accept that delivery timelines begin upon receipt of completed intake, not payment alone
- Use all delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms
1.5 Acceptable Use
You may not use our Services or delivered systems to:
- Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal business practices
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM or TCPA
- Violate any third-party platform's terms of service (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Stripe)
- Resell or redistribute our deliverables as your own without written permission
- Conduct any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
1.6 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
2.1 Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, phone number provided during checkout or audit
- Business Data: Business name, industry, revenue range, operational information provided in intake forms
- Transaction Data: Payment records processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance)

2.5 Data Retention

2.7 Data Security

Refund & Delivery Policy
3.1 Delivery Timelines
- Audit Report (Tier 1): Delivered within 24 hours of completed intake. Delivery clock starts when intake form is submitted, not at time of payment.
- System Starter (Tier 2): Delivered within 48–72 hours of completed intake and any required access credentials.
- Full System Build (Tier 3): Delivered within 5–7 business days of scope agreement call. Timeline confirmed in writing before build begins.
3.2 Delivery Guarantee
If SystemForge AI fails to deliver your purchased service within the stated timeframe for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee does not apply if delivery is delayed due to:
- Client failure to complete the intake form within 24 hours of purchase
- Client failure to provide required credentials or access
- Client unresponsiveness to build-related questions
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, infrastructure outages, etc.)
3.3 Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: Available if we miss our delivery guarantee (see 3.2) or if we are unable to complete the scope of work as described.
- Partial Refund: May be issued at our discretion if significant scope changes are requested after work has begun.
- No Refund: Once an Audit Report has been delivered, or once a System Starter or Full Build has been delivered and the handoff call has occurred, no refund will be issued solely on the basis of changed circumstances or dissatisfaction with business outcomes.
3.4 How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of the missed delivery window or delivery of completed work. Include your order number, name, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Stripe.
3.5 Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in dispute resolution proceedings and potential restriction from future services.
AI Disclaimer
4.1 Nature of AI-Generated Audits
SystemForge AI uses large language model (LLM) technology to power our business audit tool. The audit results, revenue leak estimates, system recommendations, and business diagnoses generated by this tool are:
- Based on patterns in AI training data and the information you provide
- Estimates only — not guaranteed financial projections or professional assessments
- Not reviewed or verified by a licensed accountant, financial advisor, or business consultant
- Subject to AI hallucination — the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable outputs
4.2 No Professional Advice
Nothing produced by our AI audit tool or our team constitutes:
- Legal advice or the formation of an attorney-client relationship
- Financial or investment advice
- Accounting or tax guidance
- Psychological or therapeutic counsel

4.3 Accuracy of Revenue Estimates
Dollar amounts shown in audit reports (e.g., "estimated monthly revenue leak of $X") are illustrative estimates based on industry averages and the information you provide. These figures are not audited, verified, or guaranteed. Your actual results will vary based on numerous factors beyond the scope of this tool.
4.4 Third-Party AI Provider
Our audit tool is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. By using our audit tool, you acknowledge that your conversation data is processed by Anthropic subject to their Privacy Policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We do not share personally identifiable information with Anthropic beyond what is included in your audit conversation.
Earnings Disclaimer
5.1 No Income Guarantee
SystemForge AI makes no representation that purchasing or using our services will result in any specific financial outcome, revenue increase, lead generation improvement, or business growth. Results depend entirely on factors outside our control including but not limited to:
- The quality and consistency of your business operations
- Market conditions in your industry and geography
- Your personal effort, skill, and follow-through
- Economic conditions and consumer behavior
- The accuracy of information you provide in your intake

In no event shall SystemForge AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.4 Third-Party Tools
SystemForge AI is not responsible for the performance, downtime, pricing changes, or policy changes of any third-party tools or platforms we recommend or configure on your behalf, including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, or any CRM platform.
Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
All content on the SystemForge AI website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audit tool design, playbook content, scripts, methodologies, and code — is the intellectual property of SystemForge AI LLC and is protected by United States copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission.
8.2 Your Delivered Systems
Upon full payment and delivery, you own the systems, automations, and configurations built specifically for your business. You do not own the underlying methodology, templates, or frameworks used to create them.
8.3 Feedback License
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve our products without any obligation of compensation to you.
8.4 Brand Usage
You may not use the SystemForge AI name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our express written consent.
Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue within 10 business days.
9.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

- The arbitration shall be conducted in English
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
- Each party bears their own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise
9.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against SystemForge AI.
9.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any matters not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
9.5 Statute of Limitations
Any claim arising from your use of our Services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, regardless of any statute of limitations to the contrary.
